six basic tips to feel full with a low calorie intake

if you’re fasting, stick to it. sometimes this is really difficult - if you feel the urge to binge, or feel like you need food in your mouth, go with vegetables or fruit that are mostly water and low or negative cal. vegetables like celery, cucumber, turnips, and radishes, as well as fruits such as blueberries, canteloupe, grapefruit, apples, and oranges are great for this because they have the negative calorie effect. you expend a few more calories to digest them than you do to eat them. eat a few blueberries or slice up a cucumber, just make sure you keep to small amounts.
